Jeff spent fifteen years teaching high school JROTC and now keynotes and consults with school districts across Texas and beyond. The idea he keeps returning to is one he borrows from John Maxwell: be a river, not a reservoir. A reservoir holds what it has and lets none of it move. A river takes everything in and pushes it back out, leaving the ground downstream better for having had it pass through.
