Premium Executive Coaching

Coaching that tells you
the truth.

Most executives are surrounded by people who won't challenge them directly. I will. Premium 1-on-1 coaching for directors, VPs, and C-suite leaders who are serious about getting better — not just feeling better about where they are.

Your peers won't tell you.
Your team can't.

The higher you climb, the less honest feedback you receive. Your team filters what they say to protect themselves. Your peers are competitors. Your board sees the numbers, not the leader. And most coaches will tell you what you want to hear because you're paying them.

That's not coaching. That's expensive validation.

Real executive coaching is uncomfortable. It surfaces the patterns you can't see yourself — the habits that got you here but are limiting what's next, the blind spots your team is quietly working around, the leadership identity that served you as a manager but doesn't serve you as an executive.

"The leaders I work with don't need another methodology. They need clarity, accountability, and someone who will tell them the truth."

My work draws on 20+ years of enterprise coaching, a Navy intelligence background built on clear-eyed assessment, and the Maxwell Leadership framework — one of the most rigorously researched bodies of leadership development available. The combination produces coaching that is direct, practical, and grounded in what actually works in organizations.

Choose the right
level of engagement

All engagements are monthly, with no long-term contracts required. Pricing reflects the level of access and intensity of engagement. Most clients start with the Core engagement and expand as the work deepens.

A process built around
your reality

01

Discovery Call

A 30-minute conversation to assess fit — what you're working on, what you've tried, and whether my approach is right for you. No hard sell. If it's not the right match I'll tell you.

02

Leadership Assessment

Before our first session, you complete a structured self-assessment and I review any relevant context — your role, your team, your current challenges. I come to session one already knowing the terrain.

03

Ongoing Coaching Sessions

Direct, structured conversations focused on what's in front of you. No theory for theory's sake. Every session ends with specific commitments and a clear focus for between now and next time.

04

Between-Session Support

Real leadership challenges don't wait for scheduled calls. Depending on your engagement level, you have access to email and text support for things that come up between sessions.

05

Monthly Reflection Summary

A written record of where you started, what emerged, what shifted, and what you're working toward. A document you can actually use — not just feel good about.

Right for you if
any of this sounds familiar

You've been promoted into new complexity
The skills that got you here aren't sufficient for where you are now. The scope is bigger, the politics are harder, and nobody prepared you for this part.
You're not getting honest feedback
You know something is off — in your team, in your results, in how you're showing up — but nobody in your organization will tell you what it actually is.
You're leading through significant change
Restructure, acquisition, rapid growth, or a new mandate. High stakes, moving fast, and you need a thinking partner who can keep up.
You want to be more intentional
You're performing well by external measures but know you're operating on autopilot. You want to lead with more clarity, purpose, and deliberate impact.

"Thank you for being an amazing coach, and someone the teams could trust to hear them out and empower them to do their job to the best of their ability."

Before you apply

Most executive coaches prioritize the relationship over the truth. I prioritize the truth and build the relationship around that. My background in military intelligence — where the cost of unclear thinking is measured in outcomes, not feelings — shapes how I approach every engagement. You will hear things other coaches won't tell you.
There are no minimum terms. Most clients engage for 6-12 months — long enough to move through a meaningful cycle of development. Some specific challenges resolve in 3 months. Some clients work with me for years. The engagement lasts as long as it's producing value.
Both. Many clients are sponsored by their organizations — the company pays, the executive engages. Others engage privately and pay personally. Either arrangement works. Confidentiality is maintained in both cases.
I keep my client roster intentionally small so I can give each engagement the attention it deserves. I typically have 2-3 openings at any given time. If there's no current availability, I'll tell you and give you an honest timeline.
Yes — and it's a powerful combination. The Leadership Game surfaces team-level dynamics that individual coaching can then address at the personal level. Ask about bundled pricing when you apply.
